We operate a strict no-refund policy. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. All items are considered final sale.

Limited Releases
Due to limited production, we cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges or replacements. Please check sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility (Statutory Rights Only)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns are only accepted where legally required. To qualify, items must be:

• NEW – unopened/undamaged, in original packaging/condition, and never used
• With tags intact
  

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will resolve such cases in line with your statutory rights.

Inspection & Refusal Rights
We operate a strict inspection process and reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or reject returns that do not meet our standards.
