Currently, we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited or next-day shipping may be available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and information.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit if a tracked service is not used. Contact us within 48 hours for damaged or incorrect items.

Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
